Q. Do I need to bring my own bed linen?
A. No, we provide all linen, towels, duvets etc...

Q. Is there any extra charge for electricity and heating?
A. No, all utilities are included in our price.

Q. Do I have to pay a Security Deposit?
A. Yes, a £100.00 security deposit is required on all bookings, this will be arranged on booking.

Q. What happens if I need to cancel my stay?
A. Please let us know as soon as possible. Please note that all deposits are non-refundable but can be used in a later booking.

Q.What time can I check-in?
A. Check-in is from 3.00pm onwards although early arrival may be arranged. Departure is at 11.00am although later departure may be arranged on booking.

Q. Can I stay for 2-3 days or is it weekly letting only?
A. Yes our minimum requirement is 2 nights stay. This can be weekend or midweek (depending on availability) except for the months of July & August where our policy is to let on a weekly basis only.

Q. Can I take a pet along?
A. No, pets are not permitted on our premises
